Requirements

• You should possess prior professional experience in customer support, concierge services, hospitality, airline operations, or the travel industry.
• You need a solid grasp of international travel logistics and the skill to handle intricate booking procedures.
• You must demonstrate superb communication abilities, a professional and empathetic attitude, and the capacity to remain calm while multi-tasking under pressure.
• You are required to be fluent in English; while proficiency in other languages is welcome, Italian language skills are strongly preferred.
• Experience with global distribution systems or travel booking platforms is advantageous, as is previous background in emergency insurance assistance or travel operations.

Responsibilities

• You will perform concierge tasks, including setting up tours, booking restaurant tables, and organizing destination-specific services.
• You will communicate continuously with transport providers, airlines, and global travel suppliers to maintain consistent service.
• You will deliver customer support through chat, email, and telephone, while accurately recording every interaction in internal case management databases.
• You will collaborate closely with claims, medical, and assistance departments during emergency situations, handling various ongoing cases while maintaining established service quality benchmarks.
