About the Role

In this position, you will head luxury travel operations for a rapidly expanding, venture-funded business. Your primary objective is to supervise shift-based activities, including trip fulfillment, ticketing, client assistance, and operational workflows. By supervising a group of team leads, you will cultivate a professional environment that prioritizes speed, empathy, precision, and personal accountability. This position is vital to upholding exceptional service quality as the organization scales.

Requirements

• You need a minimum of four years working in luxury hospitality, high-touch service, or upscale travel, plus two or more years in a management or leadership role.
• Extensive knowledge of Sabre is required, specifically regarding ticketing, complex routings, and fare regulations.
• You should demonstrate a data-focused approach, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to guide your team effectively while remaining composed during high-pressure situations.
• Candidates are preferred if they have a history of managing global remote teams, improving operational workflows, or experience with award or international first-class travel.
• Familiarity with tools such as Stripe or Asana is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• You will manage daily operations during your shifts, which includes assigning resources, providing regular coaching, and performing evaluations of team performance.
• You must guarantee smooth shift transitions while hitting a 95 percent SLA success rate and maintaining 98 percent accuracy in your data.
• Your duties involve resolving escalations, assisting high-priority clients, and developing proactive solutions for intricate travel requirements.
• You will champion continuous improvement by proposing formal process modifications, flagging system inefficiencies, and working alongside product and operations staff to build scalable workflows.
• You will participate in strategic discussions regarding organizational expansion to advocate for your team's needs.
