Requirements

- Manage professional correspondence effectively through email and internal chat platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire tutor lifecycle, from performing interviews to directing small-group orientation sessions.
- Train educators on administrative software, including Google Drive and Teachworks, while leading practice sessions to verify their competence.
- Perform weekly assessments of tutoring interactions to analyze structure and quality, offering constructive critique and spotting patterns that need adjustment.
- Serve as the main liaison for the tutoring team by facilitating communication channels, holding office hours, and conducting retraining when necessary.
- Assist with strategic operations, including matching students with tutors, developing SAT/ACT preparation curricula, updating training documentation, and meeting weekly with management to discuss objectives.
