About the Role

This AI-driven medical documentation platform assists a wide range of healthcare professionals, such as nurses, physicians, veterinarians, dietitians, and psychologists. By utilizing AI to manage documentation, insurance claims, and information retrieval, the service helps mitigate practitioner exhaustion and enables more time for direct patient interaction. Adhering to medical-grade security and privacy protocols, the platform provides a user-friendly solution designed for smooth integration into existing clinical processes. The Video Editor and Motion Designer will contribute to a fast-moving team focused on creating impactful content native to digital platforms. Working under the Senior Creative Strategist, you will convert raw clips into refined promotional videos for social media. You will work alongside creative strategists and performance marketers to improve storytelling, trial new hooks, and guarantee that video materials effectively connect with the global community of clinical users.

Requirements

• You should possess three to five years of editing experience obtained through freelance, agency, or internal roles.
• You must exhibit expertise in motion design and editing, specifically in storytelling, pacing, animation, typography, and audio design.
• You are required to be proficient in After Effects and Premiere Pro and have a working familiarity with motion and AI software.
• You need a robust portfolio that demonstrates creative range and the ability to produce eye-catching content.
• You must have a platform-native grasp of social media trends and Meta’s creative specifications.
• You should demonstrate a data-driven mindset, using performance analytics to influence your creative choices.
• You must demonstrate strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks in a high-speed setting, alongside a resourceful and inquisitive attitude.
• Experience in content production, lofi photography, or highly regulated sectors like wellness, finance, or healthcare is considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the entire video editing lifecycle, from processing raw files to delivering final assets, including sound mixing, motion graphics, and color correction.
• A primary function involves turning user-contributed and creator-produced footage into unique advertisements using various narrative approaches.
• You will craft compelling content by refining opening hooks, on-screen copy, rhythm, and visual aesthetics specifically for Meta platforms.
• You will cooperate with creative strategy and performance marketing departments to refine assets using insights from campaign analytics.
• You will be tasked with recognizing new trends and participating in brainstorming sessions for new formats.
• You will leverage AI-powered workflows, presets, and templates to increase production speed.
• You will work with the localization department to adjust text, pacing, and edits for over ten different international markets to maintain creative quality and consistency.
