About the Role
An Integrations Specialist is needed to oversee the complete onboarding lifecycle for partners utilizing a white-label Voice AI platform. You will serve as the main liaison for new agency and reseller partners, supporting them from the start of the project through to final launch. Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional experience in SaaS or Voice AI implementation, customer success, or client onboarding.
- Practical experience using GoHighLevel, Synthflow, Retell AI, or Vapi.
- Skilled at linking platforms to CRMs using OAuth, webhooks, and REST APIs, along with the ability to interpret API documentation and utilize Postman.
- Solid grasp of project management methodologies, DNS basics, and A2P 10DLC registration processes.
- Must provide a portfolio highlighting documentation examples, CRM integrations, and prior client onboarding experience.
- Ability to work remotely with excellent independent problem-solving, communication, and troubleshooting capabilities.
Responsibilities
