About the Role
We are hiring a remote Voice AI Solutions Engineer to help contractors grow by developing, implementing, and overseeing advanced voice-based AI systems. - Prior experience with Python, Node.js, TypeScript, or JavaScript is considered a significant asset.
- Ability to participate in client-focused sales meetings, document processes thoroughly, and review performance analytics.
Responsibilities
- Create and set up voice-based AI agents for both incoming and outgoing calls to handle customer service, scheduling, and lead screening.
- Refine conversation logic, adjust system instructions, and optimize speech-to-text and Large Language Model parameters.
- Oversee telephone infrastructure components, such as provisioning numbers and configuring SIP trunks.
- Maintain adherence to legal standards, including TCPA requirements, A2P 10DLC registration, and STIR/SHAKEN protocols.
- Connect AI agents with external systems and CRMs through API integration and webhooks to guarantee efficient data exchange.
- Track and evaluate performance data like conversion, latency, and call answer rates while resolving technical errors to maintain high service quality.
