About the Role

This leadership position involves guiding and expanding high-volume recruitment activities throughout the Philippines and the wider Southeast Asia territory. You will manage the talent acquisition strategy by incorporating cutting-edge AI, virtualization, and automation into current hiring procedures. As a key advisor to executive and operational management, you will ensure that hiring initiatives support business objectives, strategic workforce plans, and rapid client growth across all service locations. You will be responsible for modernizing recruitment operations to improve cost-effectiveness and the overall applicant experience within a prominent global business process outsourcing organization. By collaborating with departments such as Finance, HR, and Workforce Management, you will improve predictive modeling and maintain organizational flexibility. You must also advocate for data-centric and inclusive recruitment methods while building a high-achieving environment across various regions.

Requirements

• You need more than a decade of experience in talent acquisition leadership, with a minimum of eight years dedicated to high-volume recruitment across diverse locations in the Philippines.
• You must demonstrate a successful history of developing and growing recruitment operations within the technology, shared services, or BPO industries.
• You should possess expert knowledge of contemporary recruiting technologies, including AI sourcing applications, automation software, and ATS platforms such as Talkpush and Workday.
• You are required to exhibit strong capabilities in recruitment metrics, strategic reporting, and funnel analysis.
• You must demonstrate excellent executive-level communication and influence to navigate complex organizational transformations.
• You should have a comprehensive grasp of local labor market trends and experience cultivating diverse talent pools, ideally within industries focused on customer experience like financial services, telecommunications, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• You will direct comprehensive recruitment strategies to ensure hiring initiatives remain consistent with company objectives.
• You will promote the use of recruitment analytics and AI to enhance the speed, quality, and diversity of hiring.
• You will be tasked with identifying and implementing new HR software and applicant tracking systems, as well as setting up performance indicators and reporting structures.
• You will manage employer brand development and form strategic alliances with external talent networks and academic institutions.
• You will motivate, guide, and supervise remote teams to ensure professional growth and high performance.
• You will spearhead diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts across all functional areas.
• You will coordinate with Finance and HR teams to guarantee precise workforce forecasting.
