Requirements

• You should possess a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• You must have two to five years of professional background in collections, billing, or accounts receivable, preferably in the construction or trade industry.
• You need advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, specifically pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions, and experience with platforms like NetSuite or QuickBooks.
• You should demonstrate fluent English communication capabilities and a comprehensive grasp of the accounts receivable process.
• You must be prepared to work during overnight or graveyard hours.
• You require strong analytical, organizational, and conflict resolution abilities to succeed in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• You will draft and send precise invoices to builders, ensuring all entries align with project documentation and cost specifications.
• You will oversee the complete billing cycle, handling quote preparation for additional services and managing EPO and VPO inquiries.
• You will track outstanding balances, pursue overdue accounts, and keep detailed logs of all interactions with builders to address billing issues.
• You will manage payment processing and reconciliation, generate credit memos or adjustments as needed, and deliver progress reports to leadership.
• You will identify and suggest procedural changes to optimize billing workflows.
