AI Researcher – Implementation Coordinator

About the Role

This AI Researcher and Implementation Coordinator position centers on fostering innovation and improving operational productivity by incorporating artificial intelligence into multiple business units. You will act as a primary link between new technologies and their real-world use, locating novel tools, creating pilot tests, and overseeing the complete lifecycle of AI solution rollouts. Your work will significantly impact the way the organization manages internal procedures, client onboarding, legal operations, and marketing efforts by utilizing contemporary automated systems and AI-based analytics.

Requirements

• You should have a demonstrated history of utilizing automation software, AI tools, and new technologies in a professional capacity, specifically within legal operations, legal tech, or law firm environments.
• You need excellent research and analytical capabilities, with evidence of assessing technology based on scalability, return on investment, and overall business value.
• You must be proficient in project management, systems integration, and designing workflows, alongside practical experience with CRM tools, automation platforms such as Make or Zapier, and large language models.
• You should be capable of leading initiatives from the initial research phase through to final execution, maintain a data-centric approach to monitoring metrics, and possess the ability to explain intricate technical details to interdisciplinary teams.
• You must be prepared to work in a remote-first setting, requiring a high-speed internet connection and computer hardware that meets performance requirements for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• You will pinpoint appropriate AI technologies and perform systematic research to assess how they can improve legal operations and business processes.
• You will formulate and conduct pilot initiatives, create detailed operational procedures for implementation, and synchronize integration tasks across the operations, legal, and intake divisions.
• You will embed AI solutions into current communication tools, case management systems, and CRM platforms.
• You will utilize AI to streamline call management, lead generation, and the creation of marketing content, as well as automating document handling, trial preparation, and legal research tasks.
• You will create tracking systems and performance dashboards to measure key performance indicators, assess results, and refine these tools to boost operational productivity and increase the volume of signed cases.
