Client Success Manager

About the Role

In this position, you will cultivate and sustain enduring partnerships with clients using outsourced staffing services. Your primary focus will be to thoroughly comprehend the specific growth objectives, business targets, and hurdles of each client to guarantee the successful implementation of staffing strategies. By managing these accounts with a proactive approach, you will be instrumental in fostering high client satisfaction and expanding business within the corporate B2B framework. This role demands a strategic perspective to manage the nuances of off-site staffing while keeping service execution consistent with client needs. Acting as the main liaison, you will facilitate clear and efficient communication between client partners and internal departments.

Requirements

• You need a demonstrated history of performance in account management, client success, or a comparable client-oriented function.
• You must demonstrate sharp problem-solving and strategic thinking capabilities, paired with a forward-looking, resolution-oriented attitude.
• You should have superior stakeholder management and communication talents to build successful, constructive relationships.
• You must be able to juggle several client accounts at once without compromising service excellence.
• You are expected to demonstrate high levels of initiative, accountability, and individual ownership while working across different internal departments.
• You are required to supply your own computer and a stable internet connection.
• You must be based in the Philippines and act as an independent contractor responsible for your own benefits and taxes.
• You must be willing to accommodate a Monday through Friday schedule with shift times adjusted to organizational requirements.

Responsibilities

• You will preemptively identify potential complications to resolve them before they intensify, acting as the main contact for navigating and settling intricate client concerns.
• You will use systematic engagement techniques and resolution skills to bolster account expansion, retention, and satisfaction.
• You will detect and pursue fresh possibilities to broaden the scope of services provided to current clients.
• You will coordinate with the recruitment staff to verify that client staffing needs are precisely outlined and fulfilled.
• You will join forces with the staff services group to observe and uphold the productivity, professional commitment, and contentment of the remote personnel serving your clients.
