Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient medical records within the electronic health record system by comparing them against specific study requirements.
- Review clinical documentation, patient histories, and previous treatments by adhering to defined protocols and checklists.
- Verify data across charts to spot discrepancies and confirm that patient eligibility criteria are satisfied.
- Meet established daily review quotas while maintaining strict accuracy and comprehensive documentation.
- Record results of the prescreening process and note reasons for exclusion in tracking logs.
- Highlight incomplete or contradictory files and bring complex cases to management for further instruction to improve the workflow.
- Manage all patient data with total confidentiality in compliance with security and data access guidelines.
