In this role, you will manage the end-to-end post-hiring journey for our global workforce. Your main objective is to cultivate trust, define expectations, and guarantee that all team members clearly grasp their success criteria upon joining. Serving as a primary point of contact for remote staff, you will navigate them through their professional growth while ensuring they remain consistent with company standards and career objectives. By promoting a supportive and high-achieving environment, you will be instrumental in ensuring our talent thrives and our clients receive exceptional service. You will act as a partner in professional advancement, providing the necessary tools to ensure that team members demonstrate increased confidence and skill six months after onboarding.

Requirements

• You possess excellent communication skills, maintaining a warm, transparent, and concise tone in both written and asynchronous formats.
• You are a skilled motivator who ensures that others feel empowered and capable following every interaction.
• You have a history of coaching, mentoring, or fostering talent within remote or distributed work settings.
• You exhibit strong organizational capabilities, enabling you to oversee a group of individuals while ensuring no one is overlooked.
• You are adept at identifying behavioral indicators, such as signs of disengagement or potential for growth, while handling private data with complete confidentiality.
• You are proficient in Google Workspace, ClickUp, Slack, and time-management software.
• You have a firm grasp of human resources functions, specifically regarding attendance monitoring, performance oversight, and incentive cycles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee 30, 60, and 90-day progress plans by establishing concrete goals and holding transparent check-ins at each stage.
• Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including tracking attendance, overtime, time-off requests, and general operational needs.
• Collaborate with Account Managers to address and rectify performance-related challenges.
• Monitor individual career ambitions to ensure each team member is making appropriate progress.
• Facilitate access to skill-building resources and supervise their development journey.
• Facilitate mentorship and improvement discussions, perform official performance reviews, and provide input on annual bonus awards to acknowledge top performance.
