Requirements

• You should have one to two years of professional experience utilizing content management systems like headless platforms or WordPress.
• You must be proficient in basic SEO principles, such as utilizing meta descriptions, title tags, headings, internal linking, and image alt text.
• You need extreme attention to detail and the capacity to remain consistently productive while executing repetitive, precise work.
• You must possess strong verbal and written communication abilities to enable productive teamwork with various departments.
• You are required to be highly organized and skilled at time management within a fast-moving environment.
• Prior experience with project management applications like ClickUp is a major advantage.
• You must demonstrate a readiness to acquire knowledge of new software, adjust to changing processes, and solve common technical problems on your own.
• You must be dependable and possess a functional computer, a reliable internet connection, and a secondary backup plan.
• You must currently have authorization to work in the Philippines and agree to complete a pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• You will oversee the complete lifecycle of digital content publishing.
• Your tasks include uploading, formatting, and scheduling images, videos, and articles on company sites using designated CMS tools.
• You will conduct thorough quality assurance reviews both before and after posting to detect and fix formatting issues, incomplete data, or broken links.
• You will manage publishing tickets via ClickUp, prioritizing assignments and modifying workflows to adhere to tight schedules.
• You will work alongside editorial and other internal groups to revise and refresh current content as required.
• You must verify that all materials adhere to company standards regarding formatting and tagging.
• You will assist with CMS testing, offer insights on system changes, and take initiative to find ways to streamline publishing processes.
• You will act as a primary contact for internal partners, ensuring transparent communication and prompt resolution of any technical or editorial challenges.
