Responsibilities
- Evaluate and document cash and non-cash asset migrations inside the trust accounting software.
- Oversee the complete settlement lifecycle for ETFs, stable value funds, and mutual funds in partnership with sub-custodians.
- Perform reconciliations of cash movements and invested assets between accounting platforms and sub-custodians to guarantee precision before set deadlines.
- Partner with Investment teams and Implementation Managers to onboard new plans and conversion-eligible plans onto the company platform.
- Supervise the transfer and liquidation of assets with receiving record keepers.
- Update and manage client information within CRM platforms.
- Work alongside internal groups to ensure project milestones are reached.
- Assist in the development and ongoing maintenance of standardized operating procedures.
