About the Role

We are seeking distinguished cybersecurity researchers to rigorously evaluate advanced artificial intelligence systems, focusing on security reasoning, vulnerability assessment, and exploit creation. You will advance secure software development practices by testing how AI models manage intricate security challenges, offering essential feedback on their technical performance, and helping define new performance standards for AI models specialized in security. This position enables professionals with extensive experience in offensive security to impact how AI is integrated into the digital defense field. This initiative bridges human intelligence and machine learning, as you will use your experience in discovering and recording security flaws to train AI to better understand network architecture, operating systems, and software. Collaborating with top-tier researchers, you will push the boundaries of modern AI systems to ensure they function reliably within demanding cybersecurity environments.

Requirements

• You should demonstrate a professional history in application security, vulnerability research, or offensive security, backed by verifiable technical achievements.
• You must be a current or former member of competitive Capture The Flag teams, have a history of documented CVEs, or possess a record of valid bug bounty submissions from major entities like the Linux Foundation, Microsoft, or Google.
• Experience conducting research in recognized academic or industry labs, as well as authoring high-level conference papers or technical articles, is strongly preferred.
• You are required to be proficient in reverse engineering software using tools like Binary Ninja, Ghidra, or IDA Pro.
• You must possess expert-level knowledge of programming languages including Java, Go, Python, Rust, C++, or C.
• A thorough understanding of browser security, operating system internals, and modern security analysis techniques like symbolic execution or fuzzing is critical for this position.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze AI-generated outputs regarding complex security threats, exploit possibilities, and vulnerability documentation.
• Review technical reports to verify their accuracy, test the viability of exploit sequences, and confirm the effectiveness of suggested security controls.
• Perform comprehensive root-cause investigations across cloud platforms, operating systems, and web-based applications.
• Deliver organized, practical critiques on the security logic used by AI systems and assist in building reliable benchmarks for evaluating advanced AI security features.
