About the Role

We are looking for a committed Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives as we shift from an agency-based model to an internal, agile structure. This position provides the chance to define our growth tactics and brand identity using an all-encompassing digital strategy. You will command the entire marketing lifecycle, spanning technical SEO, paid user acquisition, automated lead journeys, and complex nurture funnels. This role suits a seasoned strategist who works well autonomously and wants to drive revenue-focused improvements within a remote-first setup. As the main architect of these efforts, you will manage both digital and physical brand materials, keeping them consistent across email, social media, and trade show assets. The position requires a combination of technical proficiency and creative insight to build seasonal plans, improve website performance, and uphold accurate data attribution. You will collaborate closely with management to provide commercial performance insights, ensuring marketing activities lead to quantifiable pipeline growth and organizational return on investment.

Requirements

• Minimum of five years of professional experience in digital marketing, holding roles such as growth marketer, manager, or senior strategist.
• Demonstrable history of independently handling substantial advertising budgets on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager with measurable results.
• Strong capability in content and technical SEO, alongside experience with CMS platforms, web management, UX design, and landing page improvement.
• Advanced skills in CRM structure and automated email systems, preferably with experience in full-cycle lead attribution.
• Native-level professional proficiency in English with excellent copywriting skills and the ability to work independently during Australian business hours.
• Prior knowledge of the Australian market, particularly within automotive or lifestyle manufacturing, is a major advantage, as is familiarity with Odoo CRM and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Develop and carry out detailed SEO tactics, covering keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical on-page improvements.
• Oversee and grow paid acquisition channels, ensuring rigorous budget management and ongoing testing of creative elements and audience targeting.
• Direct technical quality assurance and content reviews for website launches, manage site updates, and handle landing page development and hosting migrations.
• Set up and refine automated lead sequences and qualification criteria in the CRM to streamline the transition of leads to the sales team.
• Create seasonal marketing schedules and generate both digital and printed content for promotional events and trade shows.
• Build management-level reporting dashboards to monitor traffic and pipeline metrics, providing consistent updates on revenue-focused progress.
