Requirements
- Minimum of five years of professional experience as an electrical engineer or lead within a major energy, industrial, or technology firm.

- Demonstrated mastery of standard engineering tools and practices, alongside a thorough understanding of design governance, safety protocols, and regulatory certifications like FCC and UL.
- Possession of a professional certification such as a US PE, CEng, or EUR ING is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in drafting design documentation, engineering training materials, or professional assessment rubrics is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex electrical engineering scenarios spanning the full lifecycle of circuit and systems design, regulatory certification, and stakeholder oversight.
- Create assessment tasks covering grid infrastructure, power systems, PCB and semiconductor design, control systems, signal processing, and embedded firmware.
- Utilize professional engineering tools such as Cadence, Altium Designer, MATLAB, Simulink, and SPICE-based simulation software.
- Apply industry-standard methodologies including reliability analysis and EMC/EMI compliance to generate technical documentation and specifications compliant with either US or international standards.
- Design detailed evaluation rubrics to assess the application of professional engineering decision-making in large-scale enterprise environments.
