We are looking for a committed Financial Administrator to help manage routine financial activities for clients located in the USA and New Zealand. This position plays a key role in keeping international financial operations accurate and efficient within a fast-moving business process outsourcing firm. You will collaborate with the Finance Manager and various teams to support financial workflows and the company's fiscal stability. You will take on diverse financial duties, from handling transactions to assisting with month-end procedures, while maintaining high documentation standards. Requirements
- You need a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a similar discipline.
- You should have professional experience in accounting, financial administration, or a related support capacity.
- You are required to be proficient in accounts receivable, accounts payable, month-end closing, and reconciliations.
- Experience with ERP software, specifically Xero and CargoWise, is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of intercompany transactions and multi-currency processing is considered a plus.
- You must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to organize multiple priorities in a high-speed environment.
Responsibilities
- You will handle daily financial transactions and keep accurate records, including accounts payable and receivable.
- You will categorize transactions in the ERP platform, prepare bank and other financial reconciliations, and help with month-end reporting tasks.
- You will manage disputed invoices by communicating with stakeholders and help oversee intercompany transactions.
- You will process and track multi-currency transactions for international operations and offer administrative support to the finance department to maintain process compliance and efficiency.
