In this contract-based, project-oriented position, you will serve as a Frontend or UI Engineer focused on developing intricate programming assignments used to test AI models. You will be responsible for converting various visual references—including UI mockups, screen recordings, diagrams, and static images—into well-structured, quantifiable coding exercises. Your work will be central to creating benchmarks that measure how effectively AI models manage sophisticated frontend tasks.
Requirements
- Maintain a public GitHub account showcasing a significant track record of contributions, such as commits, maintained repositories, or merged pull requests.
- Expertise in frontend development, specifically utilizing React and TypeScript.
- Capacity to analyze, troubleshoot, and verify production-grade code.
- Background in UI development, graphics, Canvas, or SVG is highly desirable.
- Excellent written English skills with the ability to clearly describe technical needs and validation procedures.
- Prior experience in AI model evaluation or data annotation is considered an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop complex, multi-stage coding assignments based on provided visual materials.
- Define the necessary code components and anticipated results for every task.
- Create precise, objective metrics to confirm that tasks have been completed correctly.
- Write a complete, working reference implementation for every exercise you design.

Benefits & Perks
