About the Role
We are looking for a GTM Systems Administrator to oversee and improve the infrastructure powering our partner and go-to-market initiatives. In this position, you will manage incoming partner support tickets and maintain the quality and reliability of our internal data. Requirements
- Minimum of two years of professional background in Revenue Operations, GTM systems, or Salesforce Administration.
- Salesforce Administrator certification is highly recommended.
- Expertise in using CRM platforms for bulk updates, reconciliation, and data hygiene.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, along with the ability to create sophisticated dashboards and reports.
- Experience with automation or integration platforms like Make, Zapier, or Workato is preferred.
- Must exhibit strong communication abilities, effective multitasking under strict timelines, and a dedication to resolving tickets from start to finish.
- Exposure to platforms such as Clay, ZoomInfo, Crossbeam, CauseIQ, Gong, or PartnerStack is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Take full responsibility for the Salesforce partner ticket queue, resolving data inaccuracies, field changes, and pipeline inconsistencies.
- Investigate and resolve integration issues across systems and verify data for partner commission queries.
- Perform comprehensive data deduplication, reconciliation, and large-scale cleanup tasks.
- Manage enrichment processes for partner and customer data, determine data requirements, and import verified records into the platform.
- Design and update reports for internal stakeholders and conduct data analysis for management.
- Create documentation for existing processes and propose strategies to increase data quality.
