Junior Account Manager

About the Role

This role is essential to helping U.S.-based companies expand their workforce by integrating skilled international professionals. As a Junior Account Manager, you will manage logistics and stock levels for a wide range of more than 20 retail consumer brands. You will function as the main point of contact for clients, managing precise project schedules, overseeing shipping coordination, and ensuring inventory accuracy. Your focus will be on handling intricate, multi-layered workflows and taking a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems to ensure the success of your assigned accounts.

Requirements

• You should possess 3 to 5 years of professional experience in operations, client services, or account management, ideally with expertise in inventory control, fulfillment, or logistics.
• A university degree in Marketing, Supply Chain, Logistics, Communications, or Business Administration is preferred but not mandatory.
• You must have excellent written and verbal English communication abilities.
• You must be available to work graveyard or overnight shifts to accommodate U.S. business hours.
• You are required to be proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Prior experience with CRM or ERP systems like Salesforce or NetSuite, or working with 3PL software, is a notable benefit.
• You should show a strong track record in project management and organization, with the capacity to create structure in uncertain or unstructured settings.

Responsibilities

• You will monitor stock levels for various retail clients, including managing reorder points to prevent inventory shortages.
• You will oversee the movement of incoming and outgoing goods to guarantee that shipments are precise and punctual.
• You will maintain and communicate accurate, up-to-date inventory data to both internal teams and clients.
• You will track the progress of project timelines from initial launch to final delivery, verifying that all materials reach their destinations on time.
• You will act as a proactive representative for your accounts, participating in internal meetings and addressing client concerns as the primary point of contact.
• You will produce reports on account performance, maintain documentation, refine operational processes, and provide training and mentorship to your peers.
