Requirements

• You are required to possess an MD or DO degree and maintain an active, unrestricted medical license in the United States, which will be checked upon hiring and every month thereafter.
• You must be board-certified and have finished your residency program.
• You are expected to have a history of direct patient care, with a preference for attending-level physicians, and significant clinical exposure in family, internal, emergency, or hospital medicine.
• You must demonstrate proficiency in clinical decision-making, such as utilizing evidence-based protocols and formulating differential diagnoses.
• You must have professional-level written English skills at a C1 level or above.
• This opportunity is restricted to licensed doctors; it is not suitable for individuals without a license, medical students, or non-clinical practitioners.
• Background in clinical content review or medical AI assessment is viewed as a positive addition.

Responsibilities

• You will assess clinical electronic health record (EHR) scenarios featuring inquiries, possible solutions, and distractors related to diagnosis and treatment.
• You will grade the precision of clinical logic, the validity of these scenarios, and the accuracy of the responses.
• You will verify the logic of reasoning chains based strictly on the provided case details, while revising reasoning steps and drafting brief justifications.
• You will engage in independent blind assessments as well as physician-led adjudication tasks.
• You must execute and finalize all work via the platform to ensure every evaluation satisfies project standards aimed at refining AI tools.
