About the Role

This role involves working as an independent contractor to provide domain-specific medical insights for the advancement and assessment of AI models used by major technology firms. You will support the enhancement of clinical reasoning and reliability in artificial intelligence by generating data, conducting model safety tests, and appraising intricate medical cases. Your contributions serve to integrate expert medical understanding into machine learning, facilitating the safe application of AI within healthcare settings.

Requirements

• You must be a currently practicing physician residing outside the United States.
• You are required to hold a medical degree (MD or DO) and maintain an active, unrestricted US medical license that undergoes initial and monthly verification.
• You must have completed residency training or possess board certification.
• Preference is given to those with recent, hands-on attending-level patient care experience, specifically in areas requiring multi-system diagnostic and treatment expertise such as internal, family, emergency, or hospital medicine.
• You must demonstrate advanced clinical reasoning, encompassing differential diagnosis capabilities and the application of evidence-based medical standards.
• Fluency in written English at a C1 level is required, and your CV must be submitted in English.

Responsibilities

• Assess clinical electronic health record summaries alongside associated questions and responses related to diagnosis and treatment.
• Grade items based on the caliber of clinical reasoning, evaluate case accuracy, and confirm the validity of provided answers.
• Analyze logical progressions in reasoning chains against established facts, refine these paths, and draft precise, professional explanations.
• Engage in independent, blinded reviews and subsequent physician-led adjudications to maintain rigorous quality benchmarks.
• Finish mandatory qualification assignments, participate in assigned projects, and ensure all submitted work meets quality standards within the required deadlines.
