About the Role

We are looking for seasoned mechanical engineers to develop and verify technical assignments for AI models specializing in product design, engineering analysis, and simulations. Your work will focus on producing original CAD and analytical content, confirming the physical integrity of models, and establishing repeatable solver procedures to achieve quantifiable design results. You are expected to design tasks based on your domain expertise, including areas such as CAD assemblies, thermal or structural analysis, fluid dynamics, or manufacturing. By utilizing professional-grade CAD, finite-element analysis (FEA), and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) tools, you will verify that modeling and validation techniques align with the unique requirements of every assignment. This position plays a critical role in enhancing AI proficiency within intricate engineering sectors, demanding exceptional accuracy and technical thoroughness.

Requirements

• You should have a minimum of five years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, with verified success in managing product designs, validation, manufacturing cycles, or engineering analysis.
• You must demonstrate recent, practical expertise in at least one specialized workflow involving FEA, CAD, thermal analysis, or CFD.
• You need proficiency in using MATLAB, Python, shell scripting, or similar technologies to automate analysis or analyze output data.
• You must exhibit sound decision-making regarding model accuracy, numerical convergence, material properties, physical logic, and boundary condition setup.
• You are required to provide clear technical documentation and maintain a disciplined process for ensuring engineering work is reproducible.
• Holding a professional engineering certification or having background experience in design documentation and test automation is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• You will develop authentic engineering challenges comprising native geometry, material specifications, assembly structures, load cases, boundary conditions, and specific design criteria.
• Your tasks include constructing and troubleshooting models for stress, thermal performance, vibration, fluid dynamics, or deformation, alongside evaluating mesh convergence and quality.
• You will generate master solutions and consistent workflows using software such as SolidWorks, ANSYS, or OpenFOAM, while establishing strict criteria for dimensions, physical outputs, and manufacturing feasibility.
• You will compile native data files and automation scripts, maintain clear documentation of all premises, verify baseline results, and audit AI-produced outputs while adhering to industry benchmarks like ISO, ASME, GD&T, and DFM/DFA.
