About the Role

We are looking for experienced mechanical engineers to build advanced assessment exercises for AI models used in large-scale enterprise product development and manufacturing. This position involves creating workflows that mirror the challenges of high-pressure design, strict safety regulations, and mass production in global industry settings. You will work across ASME and ISO frameworks, and you are invited to contribute to either or both of these standard tracks.

Requirements

• You should possess a minimum of five years of experience in mechanical engineering or lead roles within the aerospace, automotive, or industrial manufacturing sectors.
• You must have a track record of managing large-scale product design, industrial manufacturing, or certification initiatives.
• You are expected to be proficient in enterprise engineering tools, methodologies, and cross-functional governance, with a thorough grasp of regulatory standards like those from the FAA or FDA.
• It is highly preferred, though not required, to hold a professional certification like a US PE, CEng, or EUR ING, and to have a background in creating technical documentation, rubrics, or training materials.

Responsibilities

• You will design complex mechanical engineering prompts that cover the entire product lifecycle, from collaborative design reviews to strict certification procedures.
• Your tasks will include developing assessments focused on sophisticated CAD modeling, structural, thermal, and fluid dynamics, as well as manufacturing systems.
• You will utilize professional software including SolidWorks, ANSYS, CATIA, MATLAB, and PLM platforms like Siemens Teamcenter or PTC Windchill.
• You are required to integrate methodologies such as FEA/CFD, DFM/DFA, Six Sigma, and GD&T to create technical content that accurately reflects senior-level professional judgment.
