We are hiring a remote Online Ordering Specialist to assist an enterprise AI platform firm. Requirements

- Having experience with e-commerce platforms and restaurant point-of-sale systems, especially Toast, is highly advantageous.
- You should have a basic grasp of CSS and HTML to handle elementary website styling.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire configuration process for merchant online ordering platforms from inception to completion.
- Verify that ordering links function correctly and integrate them with Google Food Ordering, Google My Business, and the client's website.
- Aid merchants in developing new websites or modifying current pages to match their branding and visual requirements.
- Execute complex technical setups, such as managing dual menus and integrating with Toast POS systems.
- Identify and address technical obstacles to confirm that ordering links are completely functional.
- Maintain ownership of individual merchant implementations while offering continuous technical support to guarantee an optimal user experience.
