This contract position invites medical professionals to support the progress of healthcare-focused AI through clinical validation. You will review electronic health record scenarios and critique model performance across diverse medical fields. This is an entirely remote role offering a flexible, task-oriented structure that lets you control your own hours. It is intended for seasoned clinicians capable of delivering precise feedback to ensure AI systems maintain accuracy based on clinical data.

Requirements

• You must possess an MD or DO degree alongside an active, clean medical license within the United States, which will be authenticated during the onboarding phase and monitored on a monthly basis.
• You are required to hold board certification or evidence of finished residency training, with preference given to those with attending-level experience in direct patient care.
• You should demonstrate extensive knowledge in diagnosing and treating conditions across multiple systems, specifically in hospital, emergency, family, or internal medicine.
• Expertise in clinical logic, including differential diagnosis capabilities and the application of evidence-based standards, is necessary.
• You must demonstrate advanced proficiency in written English at a C1 level or better.
• Background in medical annotation, clinical content evaluation, or AI assessment for medicine is advantageous.
• This role excludes medical students, graduates who are not licensed, and healthcare workers who do not provide clinical services.

Responsibilities

• You will analyze clinical vignettes accompanied by inquiries, suggested responses, and potential pitfalls related to diagnosis and therapy.
• Your review will cover various bodily systems, including the cardiovascular, nervous, hematologic, respiratory, digestive, urinary, reproductive, musculoskeletal, and integumentary systems.
• You will grade the standard of clinical logic, the precision and depth of the vignettes, and the validity of the responses generated by the model.
• You must verify that logical chains rely exclusively on the provided case data, rectify any flawed reasoning, and compose brief explanations.
• The workflow entails a blind-read process combined with reviews conducted by physicians.
• You are required to pass project-specific testing, register on the site, and submit your work to qualify for payment.
