Requirements

- You must exhibit advanced clinical reasoning abilities, including expertise in evidence-based protocols and differential diagnosis.
- A C1 or higher proficiency in written English is required.

Responsibilities
- You will analyze clinical vignettes based on electronic health records, alongside associated questions, answers, and potential errors, covering areas such as the musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, respiratory, and digestive systems.
- Your duties include scoring clinical reasoning, evaluating the thoroughness of vignettes, and confirming the suitability of medical answers for grading.
- Crucially, you will ensure that reasoning paths rely exclusively on information provided within the vignette and fix any logical inconsistencies.
- You are expected to draft concise justifications for your reviews and take part in independent blind assessments followed by group adjudications with other physicians to maintain high standards.
- All work must meet established project deadlines and quality requirements.
