This role involves supporting U.S. businesses by integrating skilled, full-time remote professionals to facilitate scalable growth. You will function as a ProBooks Accounting Specialist within a team that emphasizes professional development, precision, and collaborative financial management to ensure the ongoing fiscal success of diverse clients.

Requirements

• You must possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• You need 1 to 3 years of background in general accounting or accounts payable.
• You are required to be proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically demonstrating advanced Excel capabilities with formulas and pivot tables.
• You should have a solid grasp of accounting principles, ledger management, and bookkeeping practices.
• You must have prior experience using accounting platforms like SAP or QuickBooks, with specific experience in ProBooks Accounting.
• You need high-level verbal and written English skills for effective collaboration with clients and colleagues.
• You must be available for graveyard or overnight shifts that correspond with U.S. or Philippine business hours.
• You are expected to demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Possessing a CMA or CPA designation is beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• You will document day-to-day financial movements, such as payments, purchases, receipts, and sales.
• Your duties include reconciling and managing credit card statements, bank records, and general ledger accounts for accuracy.
• You will handle accounts payable and receivable tasks, covering both collections and invoicing processes.
• You are expected to aid in compiling quarterly, monthly, and yearly financial statements while adhering to regulatory and internal standards.
• You will communicate with clients to handle discrepancies and collect required financial data.
• You will assist senior management and team leads throughout financial reviews and audits.
• You are tasked with keeping both electronic and physical documentation organized and staying proficient in modern accounting software and AI-based tools.
