About the Role

- You are responsible for cross-referencing data, for example, verifying purchase order totals against project budget limits before issuing POs.
- Generating and dispatching purchase orders to contractors is also part of the role.
- You will monitor 10 to 15 shared customer email inboxes for new tasks and updates, as well as manage your personal inbox for project-related notifications.
- Generating and sending customer invoices via email or through their designated platforms is required.
- Proactively following up on pending approvals and meticulously documenting all actions and communications within BuilderTrend are essential duties.
