A freelance Self Service Implementation Specialist is needed to aid in the delivery of these AI-based products. You will act as a primary liaison for Self Service Plan Sponsors, managing their platform integration and ensuring they receive expert support during the onboarding phase. This position is ideal for a candidate who excels in fast-paced settings and wants to support the practical application of cutting-edge technology.

Requirements

• You should have a background in project coordination, client-facing support, or cross-functional teamwork.
• You must be capable of providing dependable, rapid service in a high-volume, pooled environment.
• You need excellent communication skills to provide brief, unambiguous guidance in time-critical situations.
• You are required to be proficient in workflow and operational platforms like Google Workspace, Jira, and Salesforce, along with the ability to rapidly master new technologies.
• You must be able to strictly adhere to and promote established standardized procedures.
• Experience with tech-enabled or self-service onboarding models is highly preferred.
• Prior exposure to retirement plan administration, such as 403(b) or 401(k) plans, including understanding of ERISA and regulatory compliance, is a notable asset.

Responsibilities

• You will manage the onboarding experience for Self Service Plan Sponsors on the platform.
• You will handle client questions promptly and precisely, offering clear instructions and support throughout key project stages.
• You will track various simultaneous onboarding tasks to spot bottlenecks, risks, or confusion, and report these to the appropriate parties.
• You will keep internal and external partners updated on resource needs, project expectations, and procedural changes.
• You will instruct clients on project schedules and necessary tasks while helping them navigate basic plan design inquiries and educational materials to ensure they grasp the platform's tools and workflows.
