Senior Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to spearhead visual strategy and direction for various client initiatives. You will oversee the end-to-end creative process, from the initial idea to the final deliverable, making sure every asset adheres to strategic objectives and brand guidelines. By partnering with the Creative Operations Director and production staff, you will produce high-caliber materials for digital, print, motion, and environmental media. As an experienced team member, you will transform detailed creative briefs into engaging designs and confidently explain your concepts to clients and internal partners. Furthermore, you will mentor junior staff, promote design quality, and stay updated on new production methods and technologies to continuously improve the agency's work.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in brand, event, or creative agency settings.
• Strong grasp of visual storytelling, typography, and layout fundamentals.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with particular proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Proven ability in spatial design for events and motion graphics.
• Capability to prepare accurate files for large-format print and temporary physical structures.
• Working familiarity with generative AI platforms such as Claude and Adobe Firefly to optimize workflows.
• Proficiency in creating professional, well-designed pitch presentations using Google Slides.
• Strong ability to manage multiple deadlines, communicate clearly, and present design justifications effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of visual direction for projects by creating original concepts from briefs and ensuring visual consistency.
• Develop brand-consistent assets, including event branding, signage, illustrations, and pitch decks.
• Incorporate motion graphics and AI-driven technology into your design process.
• Collaborate with marketing, production, and client services teams, while attending meetings to present design solutions.
• Handle operational duties like updating project status and timelines via Monday.com.
• Monitor production precision by communicating with vendors and validating design feasibility.
• Provide guidance to junior designers, offer expertise on production techniques, and foster a culture of creative excellence.
