- You will conduct Tier 1 triage by reviewing security alerts for potential threats, including intrusion attempts, malware, and irregular login patterns.
- You will maintain precise ticket records and provide regular status updates to clients.
- You will assist senior team members during incident response procedures, conduct maintenance, and perform health checks on security appliances.
- You will aid in the setup and onboarding processes for new Managed Security Services clients.
- You will forward confirmed or intricate security issues to lead analysts or engineers, accompanied by thorough evidence and documentation.
