About the Role

Requirements

- Possess high-level Microsoft Excel proficiency, specifically with pivot tables, lookup functions, and reconciliation models.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written English communication skills to articulate technical accounting workflows to stakeholders.
- Equip a quiet home workspace with stable high-speed internet and an emergency power supply, while strictly following all IT security protocols and using only authorized hardware.
Responsibilities
- Reconcile fiscal year 2026 general ledger figures against bank records, sub-ledgers, and relevant documentation.
- Create comprehensive workpapers for reconciliations, address outstanding monthly and annual reconciliations, and draft journal adjustments for client verification.
- Generate a balanced year-end trial balance for financial reporting and support government entities in rectifying long-standing open balances.
- Develop audit documentation and address questions from external auditors.
- Provide instruction on the Bisan ERP system to client personnel.
- Record your working hours precisely, help compile monthly progress updates, and attend recurring meetings with the client and your engagement manager.
