Voice Actor: CX Agent Voice Cloning (Standard French)

About the Role

We are partnering with a leading AI research laboratory to create high-level text-to-speech technology capable of producing realistic human voices. Your primary task involves producing premium voice samples to help train and test these complex speech systems. This opportunity is suited for those with a background in professional voice work, customer support, or call center roles, as well as individuals with an inherently clear and engaging speaking voice. You will assist in developing a specific voice for an internal AI customer service assistant. This is a continuous project with ongoing recruitment. The main requirement is a single recording session of roughly four hours, with a potential—though unconfirmed—need for a second session of equal length. All audio files are reserved strictly for the client’s internal AI agent and will never be resold, licensed, or integrated into outside datasets or commercial products.

Requirements

• You must be a native or fluent speaker of French with an accent-free, standard, and neutral pronunciation.
• You need a clear, expressive voice with excellent command of intonation, diction, and the ability to convey different emotions.
• You are required to use a professional-grade or near-professional recording environment and high-quality microphone.
• You must be able to adhere strictly to provided scripts and fulfill the four-hour recording session.
• Background in voice acting, customer service, audiobook narration, or familiarity with audio editing tools such as Adobe Audition or Audacity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• You will record top-tier voice samples covering conversational, instructional, and narrative scripts.
• You must keep your accent, voice quality, and delivery style uniform during the session.
• You are required to adhere precisely to technical instructions concerning microphone settings, environment conditions, and file structure.
• You will record various takes to provide a variety of emotional tones, pacing, and emphasis, ensuring the material is effective for training AI speech systems.
